➤ Turnaround time: 1-4 weeksREVISIONS
➤ You'll receive 1 sketch WIP for approval or possible small edits.
➤ No major edits in the final piece. You may ask for minor changes in patterns or color.REFUNDS
➤ No refunds after the sketch stage. 50% refund if you cancel before the sketch stage is finished.
➤ Chargebacks will immediatly forfeit all client usage rights and lead to bewares. I may repurpose/resell the artwork.COMPLETION
➤ You'll receive 1 fullres PNG and 1 smallres JPG, preferably using the lowres one for posting online.

➤ You'll receive Blockout WIP screenshots once for approval or possible edits.
➤ You'll receive Polish screenshots once for approval or possible edits. Minor changes can be suggested 1 time to the Polish stage. For major changes, a fee will be charged.
➤ No major edits after the Polish stage. You may ask for minor changes in colour.REFUNDS
➤ No refunds after the Blockout stage. 50% refund if you cancel before the Blockout stage is finished.

Copyright / Usage
PERSONAL USE
I, Zemestan, reserve all rights to the commissioned piece, not the client. I retain the rights to share and sell the product on any media platform I wish. Please let me know privately if you are against this.The client is permitted personal use only of the commissioned piece as long as credit is given to Zemestan Art.I do NOT allow:
➤ my artwork to be used as NFTs / training AI
➤ tracing or editing of my artwork
➤ my signature being removed or my artwork being miscreditedCOMMERCIAL USE
Please contact me regarding commercial rights, in which rights to the commissioned piece is transferred to you, the client, for an additional fee (usually 20% of total commission price).The client is then permitted commercial use of the commissioned piece, and I will not sell the product, unless agreed in writing. Credit must still be given to Zemestan Art. Please let me know privately if you do not want me to share the product on social media as self-promotion.
